DocDecay is a document freshness monitoring service operated by Couch Potato Co., Ltd. (株式会社Couch Potato). The Service connects to your documentation platforms (Notion, Google Drive, Confluence) to automatically detect stale documents and provide freshness scores, alerts, and reports.
By accessing or using DocDecay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

DocDecay offers the following subscription plans:
Prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period. However, if you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial payment or any renewal payment, we will provide a full refund for that billing period.
DocDecay is currently available as early access. Features and pricing may change as the Service evolves. By signing up during the early access period, you agree to the current terms and pricing. Payment information is required at sign-up.
The Service, including its design, code, and AI algorithms, is the intellectual property of Couch Potato Co., Ltd. You retain all rights to your documents and data. We claim no ownership over content accessed through connected platforms.
Document freshness scores, decay classifications, and AI-powered change analysis are provided as reference values for informational purposes only. They should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couch Potato Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on freshness scores or alerts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice (at least 30 days) before discontinuing core features. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所).
